Please arrive on time. If you arrive after the show has started, your space may be given away to someone on the waiting list.

Yes, at both venues. Piccadilly Circus is downstairs at BOX Piccadilly and Leicester Square is upstairs at the Grosvenor Casino - Rialto — both have a bar where you can grab a drink before and during the show.
Are the venues accessible?
Both rooms are reached by stairs — Piccadilly Circus is downstairs at BOX Piccadilly and Leicester Square is upstairs at the Grosvenor Casino - Rialto — unfortunately, there is no step-free access at either.
